THE PRICE INCLUDES: energy consumption (electricity, water), first supply of bed and bath linens (linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights), air conditioning, pool use;

NOTE: Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 – check-out 9:00 to 10:00. Free stay minimum 3 nights in low season, other periods free stay minimum 5 nights. Arrivals after 8:00 pm must be communicated in advance to the facility. In case of non-communication, reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of € 50.00 may be requested. For arrivals over 20:00 we require telephone number of the customer. It is specified that in this complex is carried out the differentiated collection and disposal of waste in special containers.

MANDATORY FEES (to be paid on site at check-in)
FINAL CLEANING: Bilo 3/4 € 70.00; Bilo 6/Trilo 6 € 80.00. Kitchenette and garbage delivery by the client or extra charge of € 50.00.
STAY TAX: to be paid on site in cash, in effect at the Town Hall of Trinità D’Agultu. The amount varies depending on the period.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the state of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit may be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the client).
