INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Nature of provision
The provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide data will result in the inability to be contacted for the purposes below. Provision for marketing purposes is optional and does not result in the impossibility of being contacted for the other purposes.

Purposes of the processing
a) performance of obligations arising from contracts entered into with the HGT SRL and/or fulfillment, prior to the conclusion of the contract, of specific requests of the Interested Party;
b) ) fulfillment of obligations under the law, regulations or EU legislation;
c) functional marketing activities such as, but not limited to, the sending of newsletters; the sending of training and informative material; the sending of marketing material via email, newsletters, paper mail, sms, mms and new communication platforms such as, but not limited to, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Viber, Telegram, Skype. Qualitative-quantitative surveys on customer satisfaction and their perception of the services offered by the owner, carried out periodically in order to improve the quality of service and customer relationship

With regard to the purposes under a) and b), we inform you that the processing and communication of your personal data by HGT SRL does not require your consent as the processing is necessary for the performance of obligations arising from the contract itself and/or for the performance of services requested by you before the conclusion of the contract as well as to comply with legal obligations.

With regard to the purpose C indicated, each Interested Party has the right to refuse to HGT SRL , at any time, its consent to the processing, without this entailing prejudicial consequences in the contractual relationship and/or for the performance of services requested by you before the conclusion of the contract itself.

With reference to the customer satisfaction questionnaire, if any, we confirm that the provision of the data requested by the questionnaire is optional and any refusal to provide it will have no detrimental consequences. The data you provide through the questionnaire will not be disclosed to third parties and will be processed in aggregate or communicated within the facilities in an anonymized manner.

Methods for data processing
The data collected are processed using computer tools.
Suitable security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Who processes your data
Processing of personal data takes place at the aforementioned location and is handled by designated personnel.

Retention period of your data.
Data pertaining to marketing activities will be retained until the data subject requests deletion.
Personal data processed for contractual or economic purposes such as billing will be processed for the mandatory time periods required by relevant laws.

Complaint
This is without prejudice to the data subject’s right to complain to supervisory authorities.

Rights of Data Subjects ex art 15 EU 2016/679
Data subjects have the right to be aware of whether or not personal data referring to them is being processed, and in case to obtain information regarding:
the purposes of processing
the categories of the data in question
The recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly if recipients in third countries or international organizations;
when possible, the intended retention period of personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
the existence of the data subject’s right to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;
The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority;
where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information about their origin;
the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4), and, at least in such cases, meaningful information about the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject.
